That’s because today’s lesson is about doing what it takes. Be willing to do whatever it takes.

The whole point of this challenge is to help you start the healing process. If you have been consistently taking action these past few days – rather than passively reading this free information for your own entertainment – great, you’re likely starting to feel better.

If not, why? What’s been stopping you?
