Hi, my name is Candice Esposito, the founder of the Calm Living Blueprint…

Most people don’t know that I spent over 20 years of my life struggling with social anxiety, the last 8 of which I worked tirelessly to figure out how to overcome it.

And I figured out a simple, effective six-step system that takes the guesswork and overwhelm out of overcoming anxiety for good. It’s the same system I used to achieve freedom from anxiety and it’s the same system I have since used to support hundreds of patients achieve freedom in their own lives.

The purpose of this new challenge is to share that system with you so that you can do the same – and hopefully spare you the years of struggle I went through trying to figure it all out.

For right now, I’d like you to do two things:

Thing #1

Please take a second and introduce yourself right here.

In your introduction, please say this:

Hi. I’m [insert your name]. My biggest problem with [anxiety or stress] is [insert your biggest frustration]. I’m looking to [insert the biggest benefit you’d like to experience] during the Calm Living Challenge.

Now, of course, you can put in your own words. The important part is this: I’d like to know what your biggest problem with anxiety currently is and what you’re hoping to gain from joining the challenge.

Thing #2

Research shows that it’s much easier to STICK with your goal when you make it public.

So, to hold yourself accountable, please share with your friends and family… especially those you know could also benefit from taking the challenge themselves.

It’s a win-win for everyone — you’ll benefit from the added accountability, your loved ones will benefit from your thoughtfulness and you’ll be helping me spread the word about the challenge (thank you!).
